Customer Service Consultants UK offer a professional consultancy service to see if you are offering the best or if you can improve your clients/customers experience, we aim to give you a full report of how you can improve as well as offering customised training for your staff ensuring the training they receive can be used with in your business.

Some think customer service is only applicable in the shopping environment this is not the case you need to consider how your visitors to your office or even those visiting your warehouse, as they say it is easier to keep business than to win new business so why not let us to help you do that. We can't guarantee an improvement in business as there are several areas that you need to work on to keep business but we can say that your customers/clients will enjoy visiting your premises and more likely to return to you than your competitors.

The best way to find out is use our simple customer service survey, this consists of one of our consultants visiting your office/shop we will then give you a full report on how and if the service can be improved. If we find that you are offering the best service we will tell you, so far we have not found anyone who can't improve on the service they offer but if we do we will not charge anything for the survey.

Our customer service survey cost only £100 plus travel. we are based in the London area but operate throughout the UK to ensure we are not charging everyone the same amount for our travel we keep this separate and only charge the actual cost for our consultant to get to you and back.
